Job Title: Program Director Agency: City of Baltimore Location: Baltimore MD Duration: 24 Months Rate: Depends on experience 15 years managing extensive multi-disciplinary engineering or capital programs. Demonstrated leadership of $200M portfolios (public sector preferred). PMP required (PMI) Registered Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred Proven experience overseeing water/wastewater or utility infrastructure programs. Demonstrated success coordinating with state/federal regulatory entities. Experience leading PMOs with 20 staff. Strong documentation governance and QA/QC discipline. Excellent executive-level communication and reporting abilities.
