Your strong leadership skills strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywells programs.You will report directly to ourGeneral Managerand youll work out of ourBroomfield COorPlymouth MNlocation on aHybridwork schedule.In this role you will impact comprehensive strategic alignment program efficiency quality assurance timely delivery issue resolution data analysis reporting cost management cross-functional collaboration process improvement risk management team leadership mentoring and development compliance stakeholder engagement strategic planning planning accuracy change management and organizational growth.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and oversee program management (PM) activities ensuring successful program execution.Collaborate with ACSTs cross functional teams to drive program success.Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.Drive change management both internally and within a robust change process with our customers.Deploy planning accuracy methods to support 6-Quarter rolling forecasts.Build new customer relationships through excellent PM processes communication metrics tracking & reporting and execution.Conduct program reviews and implement a continuous improvement process.Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.Lead and drive strategic initiatives to enhance program management efficiency and effectivenessQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.WE VALUEBachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field.Masters degree in Business Engineering or related field.Experience in a global organization.Experience in leading large-scale PM teams for complex programs.Program management certification (e.g. PMP)Ability to adapt to changing program requirementsAbility to motivate and inspire team membersStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirementsBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary leading-edge work and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
