(DICI) is seeking a dynamic and culturally grounded Program Director to lead the Kinship & Commitment Program (KCP) a new initiative that strengthens Native families and community connections through two evidence-based curricula. The KCP will provide evidence-based skills-based healthy marriage relationship and economic stability support services.The Program Director will oversee all aspects of program development implementation and evaluation. The ideal candidate can grasp and apply evidence-based frameworks while grounding the work in Indigenous values kinship systems and cultural teachings.Key Responsibilities:Program Design and Implementation Lead the design coordination and delivery of the Kinship & Commitment Program (KCP). Integrate two evidence-based models focused on healthy relationships family well-being and economic stability. Develop culturally aligned workshops talking circles and skills-based learning activities that strengthen communication conflict resolution and financial empowerment within Native families. Establish program goals objectives timelines and evaluation measures aligned with DICIs mission. Ensure fidelity to evidence-based models while allowing for cultural adaptation and community relevance. Collaborate with other DICI departments to connect participants with workforce and peer support services.Team Supervision and Leadership Supervise support and mentor three program staff including coordinators facilitators and/or peer navigators. Foster a team culture grounded in respect accountability and cultural humility. Provide staff training and ongoing professional development.Community and Partner Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with tribal urban Indian and community partners. Facilitate community listening sessions and integrate community feedback into program design. Represent DICI and the Kinship & Commitment Program at community meetings training events and collaborative partnerships.Evaluation and Data Management Oversee data collection analysis and reporting to ensure continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with evaluation partners to track participation progress and outcomes related to family wellness and economic stability. Prepare detailed reports for the Executive Director Board of Directors and funders.Fiscal and Administrative Oversight Manage the program budget with the Finance Officer - ensure responsible fiscal management. Support grant compliance data tracking and reporting timelines. Identify and pursue funding opportunities to sustain and expand the program.QualificationsRequired: Bachelors degree in Social Work Public Health Education Human Services or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum 4 years of program leadership or management experience preferably within Native or Indigenous-serving organizations. Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to adapt them for cultural relevance. Strong knowledge of Native family structures kinship values and intergenerational dynamics. Proven ability to supervise and develop staff teams. Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in data-driven program evaluation and grant reporting.Preferred: Experience implementing healthy marriage/relationship family strengthening or economic stability programs.
