We remain an equal opportunity company.This is an opportunity to join the RMS Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team supporting the Trident Precision Navigation program. The position will have size and scope that offers high visibility and career growth opportunities on a Franchise Program.The successful candidate will have a program finance lead role with focus on Earned Value Management (EVM) in a dynamic environment, requiring the ability to work independently and to positively resolve issues, sharing cross-Business Area responsibility in this function.Specific responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Support EVM activities including program baselines, data integration (Cobra), EAC/ETC analysis, CDRL preparation and delivery- Utilize the Earned Value tools and communicate financial metrics required to ensure focus on program performance and regulatory compliance- Review and approve Supply Chain Purchase Requests (PRs) to ensure aligned with contract scope and planned spend- Prepare, analyze and report monthly labor and material spend to the program - Review and approve monthly invoices to ensure compliance with contract terms- Monitor program spend and communicate funding needs based on EAC’s- Support FP&A activities including preparation of Contract Review Worksheets (CRWs) and Performance Obligations that determine the accounting and profit recognition of the contract. - Support Cost estimates for contract changes and new business proposals as needed- Provide financial support to the Program leads and promote Earned Value (EV) compliance and a cost-conscious cultureBasic Qualifications:- Team player with strong communication skills and positive attitude- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data-driven analysis- Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines- Experience with Cost systems (Cobra, SAP, ERP)- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.- US CitizenshipDesired Skills:- Knowledge of Earned Value Management preferred but not required- Understanding of an Integrated Program Planning- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
