DescriptionMulti-disciplined Program Management Supervisor covering management and delivery of Ford Bronco products.This position interfaces with a cross-functional team including Engineering Hardware and Software Integration Marketing Manufacturing New Model Programs Finance Purchasing Logistics and Capacity Planning.Responsibilities span across model years and include leading deliverables associated with one of the program management disciplines: program control program planning and studio. Role for this position will be defined based on candidate skills and experience amongst these disciplines.ResponsibilitiesDescription of program management disciplines for this position and key responsibilities:PlanningFeatures and Options PDL lead for the programLead the program Marketing interface and planning process for offering strategy and product actionsLead Development of Milestone Papers and Special StudiesManage program assumptions lead Assumptions PAT and Export PAT meetingsControlOwn Program Timing Program Workplans & GPDS DeliverablesFacility program meetings such as PST and CPE Decision ForumLead the Complexity PAT & Capacity PATCo-Manage the Sourcing Process and Tool Order PAT with Purchasing ControlManage the UP V-Series Progression and support engineering sign-off gatewaysLead the Prototype Builds and Issues Management Manage Program Change Management process and disciplinesStudioCo-Lead Appearance Approval Forum (AAF) meetingsLead Color Harmony PAT & Appearance Approval Report (AAR) ProcessLead Program Color & Material Product Direction Letter (C&M PDL)Lead X-functional or X-attribute Issue resolution for Studio Feasibility IssuesQualificationsQualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field of studyStrong knowledge of Ford product development processesStrong interpersonal skills and general program management familiarity: Project timing and planning to meet business objectives critical thinking and organization skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment be a Self-StarterResiliency as the position works regularly with multiple stakeholdersOutstanding oral and written communication skillsAbility and desire to be a people leader and deliver the Ford Performance behaviorsAbility to drive and consolidate cross-functional input to deliver issues to closureAbility to work with senior levels of management across multiple organizations of the companyWillingness to be part of a dynamic global team that cares for each other and has funPreferred qualificationsPrevious D&R or Technical ExperienceMBA degreeExperience in Program Management Program Delivery and/or Program LaunchKnowledge of PDL OPTEX & WERS systemsYou may not check every box or your experience may look a little different from what weve outlined but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company we encourage you to apply!As an established global company we offer the benefit of choice.
