Program Manager at Associates Systems

All qualified resumes will be responded to in 24hrs or less.This is a direct position with a full benefits package.Program Manager The Program Manager Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements Customer Relations Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business Accounting procedures Quality Assurance practices Contracts Sales techniques and Manufacturing procedures. A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required8 years of experience managing complex Programs with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must. BSME is required preferred Advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related Aerospace experience preferable but not required.
