Overview Program Manager (ILO-1): Bowhead is seeking to network with an experienced Program Manager to oversee the technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance. Responsibilities Job duties will include but are not limited to: Oversee the timeliness and quality of contract services and data deliverables. Manage contract schedules and costs to ensure compliance with project objectives. Interface effectively with customers to deliver quality products on time and within budget. Plan, design, coordinate, and control the progress of project work to meet sponsor objectives. Manage a diverse technical workforce and team with multiple skill sets. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Program Management Certificate from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline. Minimum of ten (10) years of contract management experience, with a focus on both technical and administrative aspects. Proven ability to interface effectively with customers and deliver quality products on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold an active Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. Physical Demands: • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds • Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time • Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
