As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational future of students across California by managing the design and construction of school facilities. Responsibilities Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals Review project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progress Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan Attend construction meetings and visit job sites regularly Provide input on project implementation and suggest improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field Required Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards Pay range and compensation package We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
