What You’ll Do:As a Site Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the program, providing leadership and support to staff while creating a positive, engaging environment for children. Every day is filled with rewarding experiences like:Helping children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities.Assisting with homework and leading exciting STEM adventures.Inspiring creativity with cooking and craft activities.Supervising outdoor games and sports.Building relationships with families and ensuring program quality.Why Kama‘aina Kids?No Evenings or Weekends! Enjoy a balanced schedule with after-school hours, typically 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Some sites offer morning hours as well.)Competitive Pay: $20-$24/hr for Site Coordinators.New Hire Bonus!
