Client: Kforce End Client: Transmedics Job Title: Program Manager Location: Andover MA - Hybrid (Must be Local) Work Type: Hybrid Onsite Job Type: Contract (6 months) Rate: $60-65/hour on w2 Notes: Interview Type: Video Visa: Any Local candidates only - must commute to Andover MA Job Description Kforce is urgently seeking an experienced Program Manager to support ERP Supply Chain and Quality initiatives for a client in the medical device / biotech / pharma industry. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leading large ERP programs (Oracle preferred) managing cross-functional teams and driving execution in regulated environments. This is not a technical PM role - it requires strong business process understanding across Finance Supply Chain and Quality along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills & Experience (Must Have) General Requirements 5 8 years of Program / Project Management experience Strong understanding of ERP Supply Chain and Quality processes Must come from a medical device biotech or pharma environment Ability to lead coordinate and manage cross-functional teams Strong communication stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills ERP & Functional Background Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations Oracle ERP preferred SAP acceptable Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business terms Understanding of change management and process adoption Regulated Environments Hands-on experience working in FDA-regulated / GxP environments Familiarity with compliance & audit requirements Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field 5 8 years program/project management across: ERP Supply Chain Finance Track record managing external vendors and consultants Experience managing projects with cross-functional impacts Preferred Qualifications PMP or Agile certification Experience enabling new business processes during organizational growth Prior work in fast-scaling process-mature regulated businesses Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
