  • Drive coordination across engineering, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams, ensuring dependencies are clear, handoffs are smooth, and blockers are resolved quickly.
  • Facilitate and maintain stakeholder alignment through structured communication, meeting facilitation, and clear documentation of decisions and action items.
  • Partner closely with the Engineering Program Manager to ensure technical workstreams are accurately reflected in overall program status and plans.
  • Support broader program management functions including meeting facilitation, agenda management, retrospectives, and process documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a program or project management role, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery, including multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
  • 3+ years of experience coordinating across peer teams such as software engineering, product management, and design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency with project tracking tools such as Jira or Wrike, and experience owning executive-facing status reports and portfolio-level dashboards.
  • Solid risk management skills covering identification, documentation, and active mitigation tracking, with a proactive approach to surfacing and resolving blockers.
  • Experience collaborating with or alongside an Engineering Program Manager or technical program management function.
  • Familiarity with portfolio-level reporting frameworks and program governance structures.
  • Experience operating effectively in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders and reporting lines.
  • Background in technology, internal productivity tools, or employee-facing SaaS products. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with Gen AI tools.
