Founded in 1998, BCforward has grown with our customers needs into a full-service business solutions provider. With delivery centers and offices across North America and India, we take pride in building long-term relationships and delivering excellence through innovation, collaboration, and integrity. Job Description We are seeking a NPI Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cross-functional program management, timeline ownership, and risk management and a proven ability to drive operational integrity across New Product Introduction timelines and enable leadership decisions. Responsibilities: Own the Milestone Master NPI section as the canonical tracker of all NPI milestones, dates, owners, and status across workstreams; update at least twice per week based on inputs actively pulled from workstream leads. Maintain a forward view of all NPI deliverables; track dependencies, send structured reminders to milestone owners seven and three days before due dates, and own the critical path. Reconcile timeline conflicts between Category, Channel Sales, and cross-functional partners, driving alignment when dates do not agree. Issue Critical Flags when a milestone is at risk of slipping by five or more days, a dependency is unresolved with fewer than two weeks to a gate, or two workstreams have conflicting timelines with no resolution path. Ensure each Critical Flag includes what is at risk, why, downstream impact, who needs to decide or unblock, and a recommended action. Track flag resolution end-to-end; do not close flags until the risk is mitigated. Synthesize inputs from workstream owners into decision-ready artifacts that leadership can act on without further synthesis. Build launch-by-launch institutional knowledge of best practices and common NPI failure points. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4-5+ years of program or project management experience at a large technology company or strategy consulting firm. Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional timelines with multiple workstreams and dependencies. Track record of holding senior stakeholders accountable and pulling status proactively. Ability to synthesize inputs and frame decisions with trade-offs and a clear recommendation. Ability to prioritize and work autonomously through ambiguity. Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience producing decision-ready artifacts for leadership. Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and timeline or project tracking tools. Experience working against tight timelines with high-visibility deliverables. Preferred Skills: Retail, hardware, or consumer electronics NPI experience. Comfort operating independently and driving accountability without direct authority. Why BCforward?
