In this pivotal role, you won't just manage programs-you'll orchestrate the future, driving strategic alignment and delivering high-impact improvements across multiple teams and organizations.Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating ambiguity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring ambitious goals are not only met but exceeded-leaving a lasting mark on products and services used around the world.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program LeadershipIndependently define, drive, and own comprehensive program charters, outlining scope, timelines, key objectives (OKRs), resource allocation, and risk/dependency management for moderately complex, multi-team programs.Goal Translation & PlanningTranslate ambiguous objectives into measurable milestones. Develop detailed project plans that break down complex efforts into clear, stakeholder-aligned phases while proactively identifying constraints and dependencies.Continuous Improvement & MetricsEstablish program phasing and metrics that champion continuous improvement and resource stewardship. Create dashboards and checkpoints that provide transparent progress updates and support informed program pivots.Executive Communication & AdvocacyDesign and execute strategic communication plans for executives and key partners. Represent the program effectively across all touchpoints, ensuring clarity and consistent messaging.Change Management MasteryAnticipate and manage change by developing rollout plans, conducting impact analyses, and driving necessary pivots. Monitor progress, resolve misalignments, and proactively define future change requirements.Stakeholder Engagement & Decision-MakingBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable effective decision-making. Manage escalations and prioritization conflicts to maintain program alignment and momentum.Data-Driven GovernanceUse data to govern programs and drive informed decisions. Maintain meticulous project trackers, manage dependencies, and integrate values like user empathy and inclusion throughout program execution.Operational ExcellenceImplement automation and governance structures to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and streamline escalation management.
