Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in autonomous vehicle operations infrastructure, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Operations Infrastructure Department supporting site deployment and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Drive the deployment and integration of IT and data infrastructure across operational sites.

Manage complex technical challenges to ensure site stability and performance during live operations.

Coordinate mapping, testing, and validation programs to support autonomous navigation capabilities.

Design strategic site planning frameworks to guide operational success and stakeholder decision-making.

Train and support site operations teams, troubleshooting connectivity issues and improving infrastructure processes.

Proven experience in managing infrastructure deployment projects, preferably in high-tech or autonomous systems environments.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in complex technical settings.

Ability to design and implement strategic operational frameworks and site blueprints.

Experience partnering with service providers to ensure timely and high-quality infrastructure installation.
