What this job involves - As a core member of our division leadership team the Senior Director Program Execution will lead the hands-on implementation and delivery of strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth. This individual will drive day-to-day execution ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable projects with measurable outcomes. They will manage cross-functional program delivery resolveimplementationroadblocks andmaintainrigorous oversight of project timelines budgets and deliverables while building scalable execution capabilities across the division.What your day-to-day looks like:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Partnerwith senior leadership to shapedivisionpriorities focused on operational efficienciesrevenuegrowthand globalconnectivityTranslatestrategic priorities intoaunified roadmapof programinitiativesandexecutable projectsFacilitate the end-to-end program management of initiativesbyproactively buildingand managingintegrated project plans and timelines risk management planscommunication plansand governance routinesInitiatives are likely toencompassemployee and client engagement;global service delivery;internal compliance;account management excellence;preparingtalentfor new opportunities;technical and diverse talent outreach;innovation;culture enhancement;andeminencebuilding.Develop and implement a comprehensive execution management strategy to support and enable thedivisionin achievingitsstrategic goals while creating a culture of ownership collaborationand accountabilityIndependentlylead cross-functional teamssteward organizational resources and collaborate acrossdivisions and with colleagues globallyto ensure successfulcompletionofprojectsHelp teams meet goals accelerating progress bymakingdynamiccontributionsdrivingtimelydecisions clearing blockers and making trade-offsDefine OKRs andmaintainmetrics for all programs breaking them down into trackableprojectwork streams to deliver on the plansTrack and report on the health of theroadmapto manage progress evaluate results ensure value delivery learn from feedbackand adjustServe as a thought partner and strategic advisor totheleadershipteamparticipatingin meetingsoffering freshideasordifferent perspectives and following up on action items with the team accordinglyArchitect and develop a centralized program management function by working across various functionsand accountstoidentify document and communicate standardaccount managementprocessesPartner withtheleadershipteamon emergent topics meetings and deliverables including pulling andconsolidatingrelevant dataanalyzingand summarizing trends and implications and developing impactful messages and presentationsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administrationor similar. Master of Business Administration (MBA)or advanced degreepreferred.PMPSix Sigma Certification or equivalent highly desirableHands-on project delivery experience with proventrack recordof managing complex multi-workstream initiatives frominceptionto completionOutstanding interpersonal negotiationand relationship management skills and ability to influence behaviors and outcomeswithoutdirect authority. Ability to motivate others and teams towardbar-raisingperformance.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders both orally and through writtenexecutive communications white papersand presentationsKnack fordeveloping creative solutions to complex problems challenging the status quo and advocating for changeStrong analytical skills to assess project dataidentifytrends and make data-driven decisionsand recommendationsAbility to effectively prioritizetasks efficiently manage multiple deliverablesand meet tight deadlinesThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
