What this job involves - As a core member of our division leadership team the Senior Director Program Execution will lead the hands-on implementation and delivery of strategic initiatives to accelerate business growth. This individual will drive day-to-day execution ensuring strategic priorities are translated into actionable projects with measurable outcomes. Master of Business Administration (MBA)or advanced degreepreferred.PMPSix Sigma Certification or equivalent highly desirableHands-on project delivery experience with proventrack recordof managing complex multi-workstream initiatives frominceptionto completionOutstanding interpersonal negotiationand relationship management skills and ability to influence behaviors and outcomeswithoutdirect authority.
