The program manager will maintain internal processes and ensure the successful execution of program obligations. This role supports Adobes work with national security customers and serves as a partner across Sales Consulting Support Legal Security and leadership teams.What youll Do:Program Lifecycle ManagementEngagement tracking including period of performance modifications SKUs security requirements and deliverables. Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure proactive managementSecurity Program ManagementManage engagement-driven security operations including personnel vetting facility security inspections training requirements and security auditsSponsorship ManagementOversee personnel rosters and clearance sponsorships on contractsCustomer and Stakeholder Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with contracting officers and their technical representatives security teams government sponsors and other key external stakeholdersSales and Business SupportProvide cross-functional support to sales executives related to contracts including pre-sales activities renewals and project expansionsProgram Operations and ReportingLead the preparation of quarterly reports operational metrics and leadership briefings. Deliver regular updates to internal leadership and external partners during program management reviewsProgram Process improvement and GrowthMaintain and optimize processes to standardize engagement management reporting personnel onboarding and tracking. Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer and stakeholder experiences.What You Will Need: 10 years of related experience in government national security programs project management or business operations supporting national security programsStrong understanding of government programs security requirements and customer relationship management.Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams influence stakeholders and drive complex programs to successful outcomesExcellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skillsHighly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong data analysis reporting and presentation skillsUS Citizenship and ability to maintain a U.S. government TS/SCI clearance.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$184300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
