Job Details Aurora CO FT - 40 hrs/week Bachelors $55808.00 - $62087.00 Salary/year Day Training Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Program Manager (PM) of Training for our Early Intervention (EI) department. This position will provide training and guidance for the new EI employee onboarding process as well as the employee off-boarding process. To learn more about our commitmentto inclusion and diversity visit our website: Degree or equivalent experience in human services fieldFour (4) years experience in early intervention developmental disabilities and/or special educationPersonal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriateValid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insuranceAbility to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three yearsUpon requestqualifying need and approval driving requirements may be waived in lieu of reliable transportation.PreferredTwo (2) years supervisory experienceKnowledge of rules and regulations for the Division of Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment Additional ResponsibilitiesDirect the activities of the Service Coordinators who perform daily case management functions and IFSP Development; provides clear objectives and support as neededAssure compliance with agency policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulatory guidelinesHandle staff disciplinary issues (in consultation with Director and Associate Director and HR as needed); document as appropriateReview and assure quality and accuracy of documents related to individuals we serveMonitor workloads to assure that performance requirements are met and workloads are balancedReview allocations to determine the appropriate level of funding for each clientAssure completion of employment-related information and case management-related documentationMaintain all appropriate tracking related to providing services to individualsProvide technical support and direction to assure case management services are delivered due process is followed and confidentiality is maintainedProvide needed level of support to all supervised staff in various circumstances/settings to include emergency and crisis situationsMonitor performance of all supervised staff; conduct performance evaluationsProvide service coordination services as neededAbout UsStarted in 1964 Developmental Pathways (DP) is a nonprofit agency serving more than 15000 individuals with disabilities and their families in Arapahoe Douglas and Elbert counties.
