Program Manager, Uber Integration - Fleet Operations
Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle operations, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting the integration of our client's purpose-built robotaxis with Uber's platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent cross-functional communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: $70-$75/hour + Benefits
What's the Job?
- Own the operational program plan for the Uber integration, tracking workstreams across SOP development, tooling, support APIs, rider experience workflows, and dispatch logic
- Serve as the primary FleetOps point of contact with Uber's program management team, coordinating across both organizations to close open actions, finalize joint SOPs, and hit integration milestones
- Lead a weekly Ops integration sync, maintaining a live action log and ensuring accountability across the client and Uber stakeholders
- Build and maintain Uber-specific operational SOPs, covering contact handling, call routing, and fault response protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and drive resolution, ensuring seamless rider experience during the integration process
What's Needed?
- 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role with demonstrated ownership of cross-functional programs from inception through launch
- Proven ability to write and operationalize SOPs in live, customer-facing environments
- Experience managing external partnerships or vendor relationships at the program level
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, capable of facilitating alignment and presenting risk summaries to senior leadership
- Organized under pressure, utilizing structured program management practices such as action logs, RACI matrices, and milestone tracking
