Job Summary: The Program Manager role involves leading initiatives across organizational boundaries and working cross-functionally with multiple business partners at all levels including executive leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills exceptional communication abilities for executive-level presentations and a proven track record of project management success. Location:White Plains New York United States Responsibilities: - Lead initiatives across organizational boundaries. - Work cross-functionally with multiple business partners at all levels. - Manage customer relationships and sponsor expectations. - Manage project risks and changes. - Prepare and deliver exceptional written and oral communication for executive-level presentations. Required Skills & Certifications: - Experience in leading initiatives across organizational boundaries. - Strong project management skills including Customer relationship management Sponsor expectation management Risk management and Change Management. - Exceptional written and oral communication skills for executive-level presentations. - Outstanding record of project management success. - Bachelors Degree in a technical or business discipline. Preferred Skills & Certifications: - Knowledge of key tools within the industry. - Knowledge of key CRM systems and Project systems and how to integrate data across work platforms. - Background or knowledge of specific industries and technologies (Solar Wind Other renewables Transmission etc.). - Advanced degree.
