Netchannels is looking for a Program Manager with product management experience and technical skills for our client: Google Cloud - Legal. This is an exciting role for a someone with experience in Product Marketing Operations and Software Development. This position is FTE W2 of Netchannels on-going and long-term rendering services for our client Google Cloud.Program Manager with Product Management skills and Software programming skillsWe are looking for a talent to support the Cloud Legal team through supporting or leading a variety of projects and initiatives including compliance review contract management and processing internal knowledge management systems and dashboard creation/management. This position reports to the Legal department.The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking with tactical execution understand Go To Market activities and be able to code to develop tools for the extended team. The role is focused on improving processes and providing visibility into projects for the stakeholders.Responsibilities:Program manageprojects with all inter-departments and keep the ball rolling. This is the number one skill required for this roleGo to Market expertise: understand the process involved in bringing a service or tools to market where the audience is the legal department. This includes user interviews gathering feedback developing specifications document. Develop a communication plan for launching the tools to the stakeholders.Technical expertise: Must becomfortable writing SQL-like syntax for data analysis / visualizations;writing JS and Java enough to create and/or update a web application;writing HTML; andwriting robust AI prompts. Code in Java or PERLto turnunstructured datainto structured data that areeasily digestible suchas dashboards that are easy to view and read.Desired Skills & Experience:Program Management experience understanding Cloud/Enterprise software technologySoftware Development experienceProduct Management expertiseStrong knowledge of spreadsheetsExperience in the Google suite of products is highly desirable.Proven ability to execute cross-functional programs by collaboratively working with business teams and legal teamsStrong communication and business writing skills ability to work effectively with senior executives as well as junior team membersStrong project management skills with the ability to break ambiguous tasksShow initiativeCreative problem solver with strong analytical skills and a strong bias toward action.
