This role will require innovation as well as the ability to perform security at scale while leading and motivating a team of skilled security engineers.Key job responsibilitiesAs the leader of the Devices and Services Security Eero team you will be tasked in setting andexecuting the security strategic direction for various consumer services and device security strategies. You will be responsible for leading a multi-functionally diverse team. You will partner withengineering teams to integrate scalable security tools and controls into everyday work forthe entire organization. You will help envision drive and scale the programs throughinnovative process changes across multiple organizations and teams engaging technicaland non-technical people throughout the organization. You will partner and work acrossdisciplines and executives including engineering marketing product management legaland business. Above all you feel strongly about protecting customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $187500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $324100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
