Program ManagerRTE at Lighthouse Technology Services

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Program Manager/RTE role! This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity based in Buffalo NY and is open to local and remote candidates. Some travel to Buffalo may be required.What Youll Be Doing:Provide weekly project status reports updated in the project toolCollaborate with departments and partners to progress deliverablesStrategize implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectivesWork closely with cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentWhat Youll Need to Have:5 years of program or project management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.Experience managing programs within Global Banking Wealth or Private Banking domains with strong understanding of industry-specific processes compliance and customer needs.Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum or SAFe and working knowledge of tools such as JIRA Confluence and other collaborative workspacesExcellent written & verbal communication skillsExceptional leadership time management facilitation and organizational skillsPay Range:$80-$90/hrQuestions about any of our jobs Email us atView all of our open jobs here:Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Program Management,Management Experience,Microsoft Powerpoint,Project Management,Microsoft Project,Budgeting,DoD Experience,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 80 - 90
