Consider joining us!Job Summary:As a Program Representative youll be the primary point of contact for customers building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction while supporting retention and growth. Youll manage contracts and renewals with precision respond to member requests and coordinate services. Youll also run utilization reports interpret the results and share insights with stakeholders taking proactive steps to boost engagement when utilization is addition youll support accounts receivable by assisting with billing and payment followâup ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
