Program Specialist

Under the direction of the Superintendent or Designee, and in direct coordination with the Director of Pupil Personnel Services or designee, the Program Specialist develops, coordinates, and assists in supervising programs for students with unique abilities. The Program Specialist operates at the site and classroom tier, providing hands-on instructional modeling, case management support, and direct technical assistance to ensure school-level implementation matches district expectations and administrative guidelines.

Valid Pupil Services Credential in School Psychology, and a minimum of 5 years of credentialed professional experience in a public school setting Valid California Administrative Credential (preferred) Master's Degree Ed.S., Ed.D., or Ph.D (preferred) Extensive leadership experience in special education and student services Any of the following additional credentials/licenses preferred. Valid, Clear Education Specialist Teaching Credential Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst
