Behavioral Health Program Supervisor at Nurchure Staffing Solutions

Job Title: Program Supervisor Adult Behavioral Health Location: Southgate Michigan Overview: The Program Supervisor oversees the delivery of mental health services within an Adult Behavioral Health Program. This position provides leadership and guidance to staff ensures program compliance and contributes to positive outcomes for clients in the community. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all administrative and clinical functioning of the program Ensure delivery of services to institutions and client populations served by the program Provide after-hours coverage for crisis calls and support program staff as needed Support staff development supervision and performance management Maintain compliance with program policies regulations and best practices Schedule and Shift Details: Monday through Thursday: 8:30 am 7:00 pm Friday: 8:30 am 5:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am 1:00 pm Flexible scheduling available; occasional evening and weekend hours may be required Travel: Mileage reimbursement provided for use of personal vehicle per IRS standard Required Qualifications: Masters degree or higher Valid Michigan license or certification in one of the following: Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Limited License Psychologist (LLP) Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Benefits: 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance At Nurchure Staffing Solutions were dedicated to matching you with opportunities that align perfectly with your skills and career aspirations.
