This role is critical to ensuring that our systems continue to meet the evolving needs of both Virginia taxpayers and the Commonwealth government.As a Team Lead you will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements design robust system architectures and deliver enhancements that improve functionality performance and user experience. Your leadership will directly influence the modernization of one of our most complex and mission-critical applications. The position is located at our Main Street Centre location in Richmond Virginia and has a hybrid schedule consisting of 3 days in the office (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) and 2 days teleworking (Monday and Friday).The anticipated hiring salary is commensurate with experience up to $141000 As a member of the Virginia Tax team you can expect additional benefits such as: Job stability and quality of life! Minimum QualificationsExpert working knowledge and C# Experience developing applications that interface with Oracle SQL Server including writing ad hoc queries and/or stored procedures Ability to independently analyze program specifications to code and test programs and resolve problems across multiple systems Experience with Optical Character Reader technologies (OCR) and document processing for capturing data Experience working within an Agile and/or Scrum project management methodology Experience in Linux/ Unix shell scripting or Windows Power Shell Additional ConsiderationsKnowledge of Microsoft PowerPlatform tools such as PowerBI PowerApps and PowerAutomate Special InstructionsYou will be provided a confirmation of receipt when your application and/or résumé is submitted successfully.
