Provisional licenses will be considered with supervision requirements.Education:Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.Experience:2+ years in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred.Certifications:CPR and First Aid (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).Skills:Strong therapeutic presence, empathetic communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
