It will include major updates that extend connectivity across Boeing its suppliers and customers for Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S).Our Information Digital Technology & Security team is currently looking for Developers to join our Visualization Team. This team manages world leading Visualization and Spatial Integration applications that ensure engineering designs are free from interferences and integration problems. Additionally these tools support our manufacturing teams to allow our mechanics to understand assembly parts within the context of airplane systems.Our team supports the development of applications within the Visualization portfolio spanning Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) and Boeing Defense & Space Systems (BDS).Position Responsibilities:Develop and maintain software applications using Java and Spring BootCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservicesCreate and manage user interfaces with HTML and JavaScriptWork with C for performance-critical 3D visualization applicationsUtilize MSSQL databases for data management and retrievalImplement Pub/Sub messaging patterns to enhance application scalabilityContribute to 3D visualization projects and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) engineering translationParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectivesBuild and integrate complex software tools to enhance the products reliability and scalabilitySupport setting up development and production environments deployment of application devicesDevelop best practices/methodologies for provisioning platform scaling configuration management monitoring and troubleshootingBasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience using CSS JavaScript and HTML3 years of experience programming in C C or C#Experience in an agile work environmentExperience with Development Operations (DevOps) and/or Development Security Operations (DevSecOps)Experience working with data visualizationPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience with Angular frameworkExperience with Hoops Exchange and CAD data managementExperience with cloud services and deployment in AWSExperience with Apache KafkaExperience with CAD Engineering TranslationDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
