We seek a motivated Project Analyst to contribute to our success. As a Project Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of underground/electric construction projects and make a direct impact on our bottom line. Daily Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes Track project revenue, milestones and costs to budget Assist in budget forecasting and Excel modeling Prepare project schedules, and measure & report on progress Monitor metrics including Days Sales Outstanding and Work-in-Progress Identify and implement process improvements to systems & process Required Skills: 3-5 years in construction project management Strong verbal, writting and analysis skills BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Construction Mgmt; or equivalent experience Nice to Have Skills: Project management software, and MS Excel (pivots, vlookups etc) Background in forecasting and budgeting Salary and Benefits: Salary range: $70,000 - $120,000 Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Match (4%) Vacation Leave Sick Leave Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) Annual Bonus Company Information: We are a hi-growth electrical & underground general contractor serving Northern California utility projects.
