Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPay: $105,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearJob description:OverviewWe are seeking an individual that has a broad range of experience and is capable of organizing and running several projects from start to finish. Your Technical knowledge of Construction is essential. 3D capability and freehand sketching are strongly encouraged and supported. The goal is to free my time and have someone to replace many of the hours I invest in design and contract administration. A sound design capability would release me to bring in additional projects to support our joint capability.In addition, I would encourage someone that is in the position to absorb this Company in support of their goals and desire to lead and own a firm that will contribute to society and our profession. (This however is not a requirement but a desire to secure the next generation for leadership)Responsibilities· Ability to prepare a complete set of documents and coordinate the work of the consultants· Encourage and support sustainable design solutions· Become involved in the community, promoting the firm and future clientsBenefits:· Range of Project types including Industrial, Retail and Restaurants, Entertainment, Preservation and Adaptive Reuse, Religious, and some Educational Projects. We will do a limited amount of Residential if we can make a significant contribution to the selected project.· 80 hours of PTO for the first three years and 120 hours of PTO after three years· Paid Holidays· 401K plan· Full responsibility to run projects· Health InsuranceQualifications:· 10+ years of strong experience in design and production· Experience on a variety of project types· Licensed or in process of securing License· Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture· Revit Proficiency and the ability to review and markup projects for final release· Communication Skills with clients and team members· Ability to contribute to all phases from Concept to Construction Administration· Forward Oriented and Positive Attitude with clients and staffWork Location: In personYou should be proficient in:Bachelor's DegreeMachines & technologies you'll use:3D Modeling (AutoCAD, NX CAD (Siemens))ERP Software
