You'll be the first face homeowners meet and the trusted partner who guides them through every step of their roofing project. From inspections and estimates to final sign-off, you'll turn stressful home repairs into smooth, professional experiences. What You'll Do
You'll be the first face homeowners meet and the trusted partner who guides them through every step of their roofing project. From inspections and estimates to final sign-off, you'll turn stressful home repairs into smooth, professional experiences. You'll build relationships, solve problems, and represent the integrity of our brand in every conversation. Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct detailed roof inspections and present honest, transparent recommendations.
- Prepare proposals, explain financing or insurance options, and close deals confidently.
- Coordinate with operations to schedule, track, and complete projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and proactive customer communication.
- 1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (roofing a plus).
- Curiosity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Ability to learn technical details and explain them clearly.
- Comfort working outdoors and managing a fast-paced schedule.
- Drive to succeed and pride in helping homeowners protect what matters most.
