Project Control Analyst at PeopleTec

OpportunityPeopleTec is currently seeking aProject Control Analystto support our Huntsville ALlocation.Responsibilities are as follows:Preparation of financial internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan EACs/ETCs WBS setup charging practice. determinations purchase requisitions monitoring subcontractor costs review/approve/track invoices CFSRs and prepare customer invoice backup documentation.Participates in the preparation of budgets for all contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analysis such as funding profiles revenue outlook and variance analysis. The candidate must be able to multi-task and support multiple complex elements of the project efficiently and effectively.Interface with contract subcontract contract accounting accounts payable accounts receivable purchasing organizations pricing as well as Program Managers Corporate Line Management and external customers.Review Request for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare pricing models.QualificationsRequired Skills/Experience:JAMIS accounting system experience preferredStrong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.Experience in data tracking and researchingAbility to work productively under minimal supervision and follow instructions (oral and written).Ideal candidate must be able to work cooperatively with others and maintain effective work relationships with all those contacted in the course of performing required duties.Ability to maintain confidentiality and proprietary informationOther duties as assigned by the company CFO and managementTravel:N/AMust be a U.S. CitizenEducation Requirements:A completed Bachelors Degree in a related field from an accredited university is required.OverviewPeople First.
