Your impact

We're seeking a Project Controls Professional to join our Program Management Team, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate on and deliver project controls and technology scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and reporting for various projects and programs across the globe.

As a key member of our collaborative team, you'll work with the industry's most innovative professionals. You'll set up project management contractor systems and use your expertise in schedule management, forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, earned value measurement tracking, document management, field management, risk management, proposals, cashflow, and reporting tools. Please Note: to be successful in this role, periodic travel will be requested from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solid project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost engineering, and reporting.
  • Manage overall program controls and reporting functions, providing updates and presentations at all management levels.
  • Use e-Builder, Prism-Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, Kahua, Python, and SQL coding.
  • Develop intuitive and informative dashboards using Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, and Power BI.
  • Coordinate and execute project issues, with a focus on CPM Scheduling using Primavera P6 and cost engineering functions.

Here's what you'll need

  • At least 5 years of project cost controls experience
  • Experience in e-builder, Prism-Contruent, Procore, Power-BI, Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle, and/or Kahua
  • Experience in Python SQL coding
  • Experience in Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access, SQL), XML, Power BI, and dashboard development
  • Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
  • Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues
  • Specific experience in CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control
  • Experience in commercial operations, with an emphasis on project controls and financial issues
  • Ability to travel as needed

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or other business management related degree
  • E-Builder and Contruent experience

Posted Salary Range: Minimum $75,000.00. Posted Salary Range: Upper $103,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 to $103,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
