JOB DESCRIPTION
Help Bring Great Projects to Life
Do you love keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Are you the person who naturally keeps everyone on the same page and moving forward? If so, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to partner closely with our Project Manager and support a variety of exciting projects from kickoff to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow their career with a team that genuinely values innovation, communication, and teamwork.
What you'll be jumping into
No two days look exactly the same here - and that's part of the fun. You'll help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly by:
- Building and supporting project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinating project activities and helping teams stay aligned
- Keeping communication flowing between internal teams and clients
- Tracking progress and providing updates that keep everyone informed
- Attending meetings, documenting action items, and helping ensure follow-through
- Identifying issues early and helping find solutions before they become roadblocks
- Maintaining organized project documentation and supporting company standards
- Assisting with estimating, quotes, quality checks, and processing smaller orders
What makes you a great fit
You're someone who enjoys balancing details with big-picture thinking. You're organized, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.
You'll likely thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working collaboratively across teams
- Experience with estimating, quoting, or quality control processes (a bonus, not a requirement)
Your background
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred - or equivalent professional experience that has prepared you to succeed in this role.
Why you'll love it here
We believe great work happens when people feel supported, challenged, and part of something meaningful. You'll join a collaborative team where your ideas matter, your growth is encouraged, and your contributions truly make an impact.
