These implementation events include customized hardware and software configurations and require partnering with both internal and external resources. The Project Coordinator collaborates with internal PAR teams as well as customers subcontractors vendors and key managers to successfully complete defined scopes of work.Position Location:Remote (US)Reports To:Manager Installation ServicesWhat Were Looking For:1 years of experience as a Project Coordinator2 years in customer-facing rolesAbility to work across multiple teams/business units in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlinesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) SharePoint and Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and timelines for multiple complex implementations simultaneouslyStrong analytical problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and effective time managementAdditional skills:Experience with CRM tools and scheduling/dispatch workflowsExposure to restaurant technology or POS implementations (nice to have)Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:Represent PAR in customer-facing project meetingsServe as a subject matter expert in project coordinationAct as the single point of contact for client deployment projects communicating status and issues to internal and external stakeholdersSchedule implementation events with customers and vendorsCoordinate equipment shipments to arrive on site for scheduled implementationsMaintain close working relationships with key customer representatives; report progress and issues to PAR management stakeholders and executive sponsorsInterface directly with all levels of the customer engagement teamPartner closely with PAR management and operations teamsMaintain ongoing communication among PAR teams and the customer before during and after installationCollaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concernsCommunicate effectively at multiple levels within PAR and customer organizationsProvide oversight for assigned installations under guidance of the Manager of Installation ServicesWork core hours of 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. (with one hour of flexibility on the front or back end to meet an 8-hour workday)Interview Process:Interview #1: Virtual screen with Talent AcquisitionInterview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager and Team (MS Teams)PAR is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin age disability or genetics.
