He/she will be responsible for supporting multiple priorities that support the Cell Therapy Organization Cross Functional Operations and Cell Therapy Leadership Team Strategy & Operations organization in addition to executive level calendars travel requirements and meeting logistics.Candidate must be capable of multi-tasking prioritizing and have the ability to work with other members of the BMS Cell Therapy Organization. Independent judgment is to plan prioritize and organize a diversified workload and meet applicable deadlines on a timely basis. Candidate will interact with a diverse group of team members at all levels of the Company. Respect for confidentiality and ability to manage confidential information with discretion is of critical importance.Key Responsibilities:Perform a variety of administrative responsibilities on behalf of the practice area with minimal supervisionManage calendars as well as schedules and organize complex activities such as executives & department calendars meetings (including material preparation & archival) travel expenses conferences and related activities across numerous BMS sitesMay support additional high level executives for temporary periods based on needs (e.g. vacation backup) and may be required to be working on site for specific days based on needsSupport opportunities for miscellaneous organizational activities (e.g. Site relocation Restacking) and KPI monitoring (etc. training metrics) across departmentCreation and maintenance of SharePoint site Teams Channel knowledge management activities able to work with IT and other key stakeholders to make functional changes & improvement to such collaborative platformsContinuously identify improvements to functional processes and support the change management to implementAssist with onboarding of new colleaguesAssist with budget management and P.O. creation & processing as neededResponds to regularly occurring requests for informationWork independently and serve as a key team contributor for special nonrecurring and ongoing tasks assignments and projects including time sensitive and high-profile meetingsKey Qualifications and Experience:Bachelors Degree preferred5 years experience in administration pharmaceutical experience preferred1-2 years of Project Management experience preferredExceptional communication skills written and verbalExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on teams cross-functionallyExperience with data analyticsStrong problem solving skillsCandidate also should have a demonstrated capacity to develop new skills and learn new software applications.Preferably advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Outlook Concur and SharePointIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesnt perfectly line up with your resume we encourage you to apply anyway. The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job such as required skills where the job is performed the employees work schedule job-related knowledge and experience.
