Position: Project Coordinator IV Location: US- Remote Duration: 06+ months Contract Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour on W2 Job ID: 177516 Job Overview: We are seeking an AI Implementations Specialist to build AI-driven solutions, develop agent skills, create structured context files, and enable skill orchestration across workflows. In this role, you will design and build AI skills, develop context files that power agent capabilities, and configure orchestration flows that chain skills into end-to-end solutions. Your success will be measured by the quality, reliability, and adoptability of the AI solutions you deliver. Responsibilities: Build and maintain AI agent skills - self-contained modules that perform specific tasks within orchestrated workflows. Design and develop AI-powered solutions that automate operational workflows, from requirements through deployment. Create and maintain structured context files (e.g., CLAUDE.md, project context) that enable AI agents to operate with accurate, up-to-date information. Configure and enable multi-skill orchestration - chaining skills together to solve complex, multi-step problems. Test skills and solutions against defined acceptance criteria, iterating until performance and reliability targets are met. Document skill capabilities, context file schemas, and orchestration patterns for team adoption. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate operational needs into AI skill requirements. Qualifications: Experience building AI solutions, automations, or agent-based workflows. Experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based systems. Ability to create and maintain structured data files (JSON, YAML, Markdown). Strong problem-solving skills with a build-oriented mindset. Ability to manage multiple concurrent build requests, prioritizing based on impact. Clear communication skills for documenting solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Self-directed with the ability to ramp quickly through structured onboarding. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python. Experience with AI agent frameworks or skill orchestration platforms.
