Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Title: Project Coordinator Location: Overland Park, KS Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | $55-60,000 annually Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company who is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure compliance. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes. Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize project-related events. Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to project leadership. Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency. Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
