Learn more atPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Coordinatorto join our security business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate all aspects of multiple projectsEnsure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget. Ensure techs NTE is established based on contractual NTEProvide timely and accurate reporting on all projects in all systems (clients Pavion & Teams systems)Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs; document in Pavion & team systemAccess customer websites remotely to provide status updatesCreate work orders for new projects assign subcontractors (techs) and schedule arrivals dates for work to be completedMobilize subcontractors when necessary to address site requirementsPlace sales orders for necessary equipment to establish online presence for sitesTrack sales orders for delivery dates to subcontractors so onsite dates can be finalized to complete service needsAssist technicians/installers in troubleshooting equipment issues once client site installation is completeCollaborate across functions to understand existing processes and establish expected outcomes and timelinesProvide support to Project Managers & Operations ManagerBasic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business management or relevant3 years field experience in healthcare and or engineering2 years of Project Coordinator or technical support experienceAbility to read & create tech/project work ordersAbility to read and interpret site plans/layoutsExperience in managing multiple locations and timelinesFamiliarity with computer-based tracking systemsTeam-oriented servant leader dedicated drivenAdaptable & experienced in complex problem-solvingDisclaimer:This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
