Job Description
This is a remote position. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Project Coordinator proficient in both Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with experience in estimating budgeting scheduling and task preparation. Additionally familiarity with Zoho One modules is required. This role involves working closely with our team to coordinate project tasks maintain budgets and monitor schedules effectively. The candidate should be available during Eastern Time Zone hours. Responsibilities: Create accurate estimates for projects considering materials labor and other expenses. Prepare detailed project tasks and timelines ensuring clarity and feasibility. Maintain project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Set up and monitor project schedules adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and milestones. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and team members. Utilize Zoho One modules for project management and reporting. Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in project coordination preferably in the US market. Strong understanding of materials and design principles. Proficient in using Zoho One modules for project management. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
