Job Details Job Details: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Permanent Project Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a strong background in construction who is passionate about managing and executing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Development Manager, you will be expected to: 1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress. 2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 3. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. 4. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 5. Report and escalate to management as needed. 6. Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 8. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 10. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. 11. Use and continually develop leadership skills. 12. Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. 13. Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1. Proven working experience in project management in the construction sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. 2. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in construction and project management software. 3. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. 6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 7. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. 8. Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 9. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. 10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 11. Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. 12. Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations. 13.
