Finishes Solutions is seekin a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Construction & Development Project Coordinator to support our project management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction & development projects. This role serves as the central administrative and communication hub, ensuring all project elements align to keep operations running smoothly, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problemsolver with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Documentation and Compliance: Prepare, manage, and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and blueprints. Ensure all documentation complies with legal, safety, and regulatory standards. Scheduling and Logistics: Lead in the creation and updating of project schedules and timelines. Drive the delivery of materials and equipment, and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and site inspections both internal to operations as well as through your lead general contractor. Communication and Liaison: Act as a central point of contact and liaison among all project stakeholders,including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors and suppliers. Facilitate meetings, record detailed meeting minutes, and relay updates across teams. Budget and Cost Tracking: Monitor project expenditures, assist with cost control, process invoices, and track purchase orders and expense reports. Help prepare financial reports and forecasts for the Construction & Development Manager. Site Support and Safety: Conduct site visits as often as needed to monitor progress and ensure construction activities align with plans and safety protocols (OSHA standards). Report any non-compliance issues to onsite supervisors and your Construction Manager. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify potential issues or delays and communicate them to the key stakeholders, contributing to effective and timely resolutions. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1+ years of experience in an administrative support role, with experience in the construction industry highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with construction management software is a significant advantage. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience creating plans and drawings in AutoCAD a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $45,000 - $70,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
