This position is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and evaluation of program services and activities to promote student success, retention, and graduation for eligible participants. The Project Director will supervise program staff, manage the program budget, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and foster strong collaboration with campus and community stakeholders.
