Job DescriptionJob DescriptionProject Engineer Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a General Contractor, strong technical knowledge, and proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software. This position combines engineering expertise with project coordination to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control. Be part of a smaller firm that values stability and makes a meaningful impact in the community.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish.Prepare and review accurate cost estimates for materials and labor.Support project managers in coordinating subcontractors and vendors.Monitor project progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.Review drawings, specifications, and perform quantity takeoffs.Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and quality standards.Contribute to Base Building projects and related scopes.Qualifications:2 of experience in construction, GC operations, and all trades.Proficiency in Bluebeam and Takeoff software.Strong technical and analytical skills for estimation and project coordination.Excellent organizational and communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsVacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus  - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
