THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL:Support the design configuration and implementation of Gas Turbine controls electrical and hardware systems for power plants to meet customer expectationsDesign create and produce electrical schematics and wiring specificationsSelect specify and review electrical hardware and device designsEffectively work with a team of project engineers and project managers to solve problems collaboratively and share learningsLeverage experience with customers processes and execution methodologies to lead customer facing activities such as control system layouts hardware configurations electrical schematics and drawings hardware testing controls validation performance testing of simulation models and acceptance testsContribute to global cross-functional projects by supporting senior engineers to gain exposure to different disciplinesSupport the development of internal tools to improve processes and product qualityWHO YOU ARE:You enjoy building something from scratch anticipating customer needs and providing services that are beyond customer expectations. You deliver messages in a clear compelling and concise manner. You consult with multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Bachelors degree in engineering2 years of related professionalexperience in an engineering environmentAbility to work in office located in Latham NYAuthorised to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the futureIndividuals with temporary visas such as E F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT) H-1 H-2 L-1 B J or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorisation now or in the future are not eligible for hire.
