Project Engineer (Lead or Senior)Company:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a talented Project Engineer (Lead or Senior) to join the Signature Integrity Software Team in Berkeley MO.Signature Integrity is the ability to manufacture and maintain to a signature performance evaluate defects and provide signature status through signature management systems. A successful member of this team will lead project alignment and development of systems for model based engineering (MBE) and signature management.Position Responsibilities:Provides project leadership to a software development team representing multiple skill areas which may include internal and external resources and customersWorks with customers and management to obtain approvalsResponds to changes to SOW assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables resources costs and schedulesLeads project to complete the work statementIdentify performance metrics plans identifies and coordinates resources required over the life of the projectDefines plans for risk mitigation and opportunityCompares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance efficiencies productivity and lessons learnedProvides technical business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plansWorks under minimal directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley MO.Travel may be required up to 5% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
