For more information please visit our website:.Job Description:MMR is seekingProject Engineercandidateswith a degree in Construction Managementor industry related responsibilities would include but not limited to the following:Assistwith organization planning scheduling and subcontractor scheduling of the projectHandleday to dayissues with meeting deadlines within budgetAssistwith developing job tracking systems including schedule productivity and costMaintaining and updating tracking systems schedules cost reportsIdentifyingand submittingRFIsParticipate in weekly client update meetingsPrepare andsubmitweekly client update reportsPreparing andsubmittingchange ordersCoordinating with site supervision to build work packagesPrepare andsubmitclient invoicesMaintaining RFI log change order log invoice log restraint log drawing log equipment log materiallogUpdatingscheduleof values and preparing client invoicesField material and equipmentpurchasingasrequiredThe above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as needed to align with the overall businessobjectivesof the organizationRequired Skills and Qualifications:BS in Construction Managementor related fieldAt least3-5 yearsrelevant work experienceExperienceinelectrical and instrumentation constructionpreferredExperience in industrial construction is preferredMust have knowledge in estimating scheduling and purchasingAbility to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specificationsWorking knowledge of MS Office softwareExperience with Primavera P6 preferredAbility to read and understand a CPM schedule andidentifycritical pathsAbility to work independently prioritize organize problem solve and exercise good judgement with minimal supervisionStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsAble to work effectively under time pressure and/or deadlineExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work flexiblevaryinghours including evenings and weekends as neededRegular and reliable attendance at workMMR Group Inc. and its affiliated companies (MMR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminateon the basis ofrace color national origin religion sex age veteran status geneticinformationor any other legally protected class Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Primavera,Microstation,Bluebeam,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,ProCore,Mechanical Engineering,Project Engineering,Project Management,Autocad,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
