Job DescriptionThe Project Managment - Marketing Operations Senior Specialist supports/facilitates the Communications Review Committee (CRC) review and approval production and distribution of branded and non-branded communications for assigned region and other headquarters-based functions. This position guides Marketing and other key functions through the CRC submission scheduling and routing of promotional educational and training materials. This role assigns process/workflow tasks during internal review of commercial content. This role is the liaison between the Marketing/Brand teams agency partners and the CRC (Medical LegalRegulatory) team.This role owns the process of content - not content creation. The ideal candidate will have a great attention to detail proof reading skills be a problem solver and be able to communicate effectivly with different levels of teams.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesActs as the assigned lead on specific Communication Review Committee (CRC) team(s)Supports activity planning: agendas timelines and project milestones Identifies opportunities for process improvement and act upon themCaptures required changes/proofreads/certifies documents in support of CRC meetingsEnsures all documentation and associated components of final approved projects are stored including printer proofs and traffic/workflowCoordinates with commercial ad agencies and other key vendorsFunctions as Administrator of the Marketing Operations Electronic Review PlatformTrains and on-boards new submitters and agencies on Editorial/Corp/Brand standardsFacilitates/communicates OPDP submission requirementsSupports and communicates with agency partners and vendors to execute projectsRequired Education LevelBachelors degree in communications marketing advertising or related disciplineRequired ExperienceTypically requires 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications and Services AdvertisingCorporate Communications Medical Communications or Publishing and Graphic Arts or the equivalent combination of education and experienceRequired Knowledge/SkillsDemonstrated success operating in a cross-functional project environmentExcellent written communication skills presentation delivery as well as strong interpersonal skills to explain complex information in straightforward situationsAttention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholdersPractical knowledge of pre-press print production and editorial activitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking and self-prioritized workloadExperience in BioPharma industryExperience working in electronic review system (Veeva Vault Promomats or equivalent)Pay Range$50-$55/hrRequisition DisclaimerThis job posting is for a temporary role with a third-party agency partner on assignment at Vertex Pharmaceuticals (Vertex).
