Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules and budgets for manufacturing initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production and supply chain to achieve project objectives. Identify assess and mitigate project risks ensuring adherence to manufacturing quality safety and regulatory standards. Oversee the implementation of new production lines equipment installations and process improvement projects. Facilitate clear and consistent communication among stakeholders providing regular progress updates and issue resolution. Monitor project performance track key metrics and ensure deliverables meet specified manufacturing requirements. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and optimizing manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading manufacturing projects from conception to completion. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality control systems (e.g. Lean Six Sigma). Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets schedules and resources effectively. PMP certification or equivalent expertise in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall). Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills particularly with engineering production and procurement teams.
