Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex multi-channel cross-functional marketing programs for Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS). This role combines strategic portfolio management directing the planning and execution of creative projects supporting enterprise-level business initiatives within Marketing. This role partners with Whole Foods Market Amazon Fresh and North America Stores Marketing (NASM) stakeholders along with Product Brand Creative Channel and Tech teams to lead the planning and execution of creative projects supporting high profile and high impact business initiatives. Key job responsibilities and Program ManagementOversee a complex portfolio of marketing initiatives ensuring strategic alignment and optimal resource allocationLead the most complex high-impact programs within Global Marketing focusing on enterprise-level omnichannel customer experiencesImplement strategic project management methodologies across the team to optimize performance and simplify ways of working Leadership and Stakeholder ManagementPartner with stakeholders to shape strategic initiatives and drive organizational changeInfluence leadership decision-making to align portfolio outcomes with marketing goalsBuild and maintain strategic relationships across the organization to facilitate program success Excellence and Risk ManagementDesign and implement scalable project management processes and best practices across the teamOversee portfolio risk management strategies and mitigation plansManage resource allocation across multiple programs and projectsEnsure consistent project delivery standards- Bachelors degree- 3 years of program or project management experience- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organizationAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status disability or other legally protected status.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
